IMAC & Services Technician (m/f)
Experis Luxembourg is looking for an IMAC & Services Technician (m/f) immediately available to work for our client based in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as an IMAC (Install – Move – Add – Change) Technician will be as follows:
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Execute moves, adds, and changes of IT equipment as per client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Ensure all IT equipment is properly documented and tracked.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Your profile:
- Proven experience as an IMAC Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in German, English; knowledge of French and Luxembourgish.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous.
