If yes, then this is the opportunity for you! We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team and help drive excellence in IT, software, and consultancy procurement!
WHAT IS THE ROLE?
- Serve as an expert buyer for IT, software, and consultancy services
- Monitor and stay informed about market trends and the supplier panel
- Prepare tender documents in collaboration with the technical/IT department
- Negotiate with IT and consultancy companies
- Handle license negotiations
- Report negotiation results to the purchasing management team
- Select potential suppliers based on market needs
- Negotiate and manage frame contracts and pricing with suppliers
- Ensure the high quality of delivered goods from suppliers
- Measure supplier quality using dedicated KPIs
- Maintain a professional and positive communication network between FANUC Europe HQ, the ICT department, and subsidiaries
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of work experience in procurement of IT, software, and consultancy services
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Analytical mind-set and structured work approach;
- Experienced in change management process;
- Experienced in working in multi-national office environment with focus on indirect purchasing;
- Good time management, planning and accuracy;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP system, knowledge in SAP is an advantage;
- Customer-centric and strong business orientation;
- Good communication skills, fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
