We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant (M/W/X) for one of our clients in Bissen.
Responsibilities :
- Manual posting of supplier invoices, debit notes and other similar documents
- Being contact point with external and internal stakeholders
- Coordinating with other team members about accrual, deferred expense and other closing activities
- Supporting the Accounting Team Lead in the month-/year-end closing process
- Managing supplier claim issue, including documentation and booking
- Supporting reporting process with different departments
- Corporate credit card management
- Archiving physical and digital supplier documents
Offer :

Profil
- Academic degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar – this line I took from the other JD
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of LUX GAAP (IFRS is an asset)
- Knowledge of different tax and reporting rules (VAT, Statec, etc.)
- Good knowledge of SAP/R3 (FI and other modules) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to work autonomously in an international environment
- Creativity, team spirit and pro-active
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German / French will be considered an asset
