In this role, you will support the coordination, monitoring, and execution of commercial projects across their full lifecycle. You will contribute to the consistency of processes, the reliability of data, and the proper follow-up of operational and financial flows, while supporting performance tracking and reporting. Acting as a key interface between sales, operations, and other stakeholders, you will ensure smooth project execution and data alignment.

Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and monitoring of commercial or operational activities across the full lifecycle of projects.
- Maintain structured documentation and ensure consistency in internal processes and data tracking tools.
- Contribute to performance monitoring, including commitments follow-up and traceability of key information.
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts and participate in identifying and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Coordinate administrative and financial flows related to projects (e.g. invoicing steps, payments tracking, internal alignment).
- Produce periodic reporting and performance indicators for internal stakeholders
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operational execution.
- Support knowledge transfer and ensure continuity between different phases of project delivery.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, management, engineering, or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a similar environment (minimum 4-5 years preferred)
- Strong ability to structure information and handle complex topics
- Experience working with structured systems, tools, or databases
- Good understanding of financial or operational processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus
- High level of accuracy, ownership, and reliability
