He prepares and administers procurement procedures to ensure that they are performed efficiently, in line with the Group's interests and in compliance with the relevant regulatory framework.
The candidate manages evaluation committee meetings and drafts the related evaluation reports for approval to ensure that the process is fully documented and compliant.
He contributes to the communication of the procurement rules and procedures to ensure that both internal and, where appropriate, external parties are kept informed.
The candidate cooperates actively with the Compliance and Legal counterparts, taking a solution-focused approach.
The candidate has minimum 3 years of professional experience in administering different stages of procurement procedures (calls for tenders).
He has some knowledge of EU public procurement rules and procedures.
The candidate has some knowledge of market trends and developments in the procurement sector.
He has the expertise in drafting procurement related documents.
The candidate has experience in the use of an e-Procurement platform would be an advantage.
He has the proficiency in all standard office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
He has good communication skills both verbal and written.
The candidate has good negotiation and report writing skills.

* Fluency in English and a Limited Working Proficiency of French. The knowledge of a third language would be an advantage.
