About the Company
For one of our clients, a well-established organisation based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an experienced GLPI Technical Consultant to support a short-term project involving the implementation and optimisation of IT service management processes.
GLPI Technical Consultant
Luxembourg - On-site
Duration: 2 months
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of the technical implementation and configuration of the GLPI solution, including:
- Designing and implementing a service catalogue
- Configuring and optimising workflows and automation processes
- Integrating GLPI with existing internal systems and tools
- Supporting the structuring and improvement of IT service management processes
- Ensuring efficient coordination between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Providing technical guidance on automation best practices and implementation
Your Profile
- Proven experience with GLPI administration and implementation
- Strong technical background in ITSM tools and processes
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workflow design and automation
- System integration
- Service catalogue configuration
- Good understanding of automation practices and process optimisation
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Language
- Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written)
