Mission Overview
We are looking for a confirmed consultant (5–7 years’ experience) to support Private Capital onboarding activities within a large international financial services environment. The role focuses on the implementation, coordination, and control of onboarding and fund-related events, while ensuring data quality, process compliance, and timely reporting.
The assignment is project-based with strong interaction across operational, governance, and audit stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in the implementation of fund events (e.g. new funds, compartments, mergers) and perform related controls.
• Ensure accurate and timely set-up of onboarding data within internal systems.
• Perform sanity checks on configurations and implementations.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure proper communication and global notices to operational users during onboarding projects.
• Actively participate in project governance forums.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate information within required timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of controls, processes, and tools; escalate issues when identified.
• Support knowledge management, including the production of user guides.
• Train and support less senior team members.

• Hardware: PC laptop, mobile phone
• Software: Microsoft Office suite
• Core Systems: eFront FIA / MFGA
Required Skills & Experience
• Business expertise:
o Proven experience leading or contributing to Private Capital onboarding
projects.
o Strong understanding of Private Capital operations and lifecycle.
• Functional expertise:
o Client onboarding within a financial services or asset servicing context.
o Project management exposure within operational environments.
• Technical expertise:
o Hands-on experience with eFront FIA / MFGA.
• Languages:
o English and French required.
o German is a strong asset.
