Location: Onsite in Luxembourg

We are currently supporting an established financial services organisation who are hiring for a Client Project Manager to join them on a consulting basis in Luxembourg. You will own end-to-end client projects from planning through to delivery and go-live, coordinating clients and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, integrations, data migration and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects from planning through to go-live.
• Develop and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Data, DevOps and Client Service.
• Manage technical activities including system integrations, APIs, data migration, configuration, testing and UAT.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing clear project updates.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations and change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Deliver client expansion projects, including new modules, integrations, enhancements and regulatory changes.
• Ensure effective client training, documentation, operational readiness and transition into BAU support.
• Maintain project governance and documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports and action tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, frameworks and client delivery.

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in project management, implementation or client delivery roles.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing complex technology projects involving APIs, integrations, data migration or cloud platforms.
• Experience within the financial services industry, with an understanding of financial products and processes.
• Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, QA, Data, DevOps and Client Service teams.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification is desirable but not essential.
