Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Kirchberg, is looking for its future Investor Operations Officer.
This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :
- Support the investment operations team with payment processing, monitoring of incoming cash flows, and follow-up on missing transactions.
- Maintain and update banking and mandate-related information within internal systems.
- Perform regular cash balance and deposit checks, investigate discrepancies, and escalate issues when required.
- Work closely with finance and operations colleagues to ensure accurate bookings and reconciliations.
- Provide operational support to team members during peak periods and holiday coverage.
- Assist with document management and filing system organization to ensure records are properly stored and accessible.
- Contribute to audit and control exercises by identifying and preparing the required supporting documentation.
- Review and update operational documentation and reporting processes, including tools and workflows used by the team.
Your profile :
- Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
- Around 3 years of experience in banking operations, payments, settlements, or back-office activities within the financial sector.
- Good understanding of middle-office or back-office operational processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as PowerApps, Alteryx, or Tableau would be considered an advantage.
- Experience in an international or EU-related environment would be a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in day-to-day work.
- Well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
Package :
- Annual gross salary: €62,489.57 (paid over 12 months)
- Leave: 26 days of annual leave + up to 17 public holidays
