For our department Quality and After Sales within LuxairTours, we are looking for a (an):
Internship Quality Management (m/f/x)
Main duties:
- Assist
the Quality and After-Sales Manager at LuxairTours with daily operations.
- Support the team by managing
administrative tasks and processing customer claims.
- Prepare and provide various
statistics, reports, and presentations.
- Analyze root causes in quality
reports and propose improvement measures.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs) aligned with the Quality strategy.
- Participate in internal audits and
draft detailed audit reports.
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria:
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Meticulous, focused, and
structured work approach.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
- Fluency in at least two
languages, including English and French.
The ideal candidate:
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish and of any other language will be considered an asset.
