AML Officer / Transaction Monitoring (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Monitor transactions and detect unusual or suspicious activities in line with AML regulations


• Analyse alerts, investigate patterns, and document findings with clear rationale


• Escalate high?risk cases and prepare detailed reports for Compliance and MLRO


• Maintain accurate records, digitalise and classify monitoring documentation


• Update internal systems, risk indicators, and case?management tools


• Manage pending alerts and ensure timely processing within defined SLAs


• Apply internal AML procedures rigorously and ensure regulatory compliance


• Collaborate closely with AML, Compliance, and Operations teams


• Contribute to the team’s efficiency through structured organisation and proactive communication

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Criminology, or related field


• 3 to 10 years of experience in AML, transaction monitoring, or financial crime compliance


• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex transactional behaviour


• Rigorous, organised, and attentive to details


• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork dynamics


• Strong command of MS Office and AML monitoring systems


• Fluent English is mandatory; French or German is an advantage
