Compliance Officer AML/KYC & Sanctions (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Assess money laundering, terrorism financing, and sanctions risks related to investment operations and mandates, before and after transactions


• Analyze compliance risks and contribute to the preparation of Compliance opinions included in approval documentation


• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of AML/CFT and sanctions policies and procedures


• Prepare and contribute to reporting on money laundering, terrorism financing, and sanctions risks for internal committees and governing bodies


• Provide guidance, support, and training to operational teams (first line of defence) on compliance matters


• Perform annual Compliance risk assessments and develop AML/CFT and sanctions monitoring plans


• Conduct complex analyses on sensitive financial crime and regulatory compliance matters


• Collaborate with various stakeholders in an international and multicultural environment

Your profile:

• Master’s Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Political Science, or a related field


• Specialization in Compliance, Risk Management, or AML/CFT is considered an asset


• Additional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent are highly appreciated


• 5 to 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, sanctions, or financial crime investigations


• Previous experience within a financial institution, international organization, regulatory body, or governmental agency is considered an advantage


• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, international sanctions frameworks, and financial crime risks


• Excellent analytical, drafting, and synthesis skills


• Rigorous, organized, and able to handle confidential and sensitive information


• Autonomous, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multicultural environment


• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional EU languages is considered an advantage
