Corporate Actions Officer (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Process and monitor corporate actions (dividends, coupons, redemptions, mergers, splits, tender offers)


• Analyse event notifications and ensure accurate interpretation and processing


• Digitalise, classify, and maintain corporate actions documentation


• Update internal systems, client positions, and event instructions


• Coordinate with custodians, counterparties, and internal teams to ensure timely execution


• Manage pending items and ensure proper follow?up on event deadlines


• Apply internal procedures rigorously and ensure compliance with market standards


• Collaborate closely with Custody, Middle Office, and Operations teams


• Contribute to the team’s efficiency through structured organisation and strong communication

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field


• 3 to 10 years of experience in corporate actions or custody operations


• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex event documentation


• Rigorous, organised, and attentive to details


• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders


• Strong command of MS Office and corporate actions systems


• Fluent English is mandatory; French or German is an asset
