Manpower is looking for a Graphic Designer (M/F/X) for a prestigious European institution based in Luxembourg for a duration of 3 months with a possibility of extension.
You will join a dynamic communications team and play a key role in developing impactful visual content that supports the organisation’s communication strategy across multiple channels.
Your missions
Create engaging visual designs for digital and print communication materials (social media, website, newsletters, publications, presentations, and events).
Develop creative concepts and visual assets from scratch aligned with communication objectives.
Contribute to the evolution and modernisation of the organisation’s visual identity, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.
Design infographics, charts and other visual elements to make complex topics accessible and engaging.
Manage and update digital assets, including images, videos and templates.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand communication needs and deliver high-quality visual solutions.
Your profile
Advanced degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design for communication purposes, ideally within an international or institutional environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects) is considered an advantage.
Ability to translate complex information into clear and visually appealing content.
Knowledge of web design would be considered an asset.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.

Location: Luxembourg
Contract: Temporary assignment via Manpower
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension
Remote work: Up to 2 days per week (under certain conditions)
