KYC Analyst / Onboarding Officer (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Conduct due?diligence checks and verify the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of onboarding documentation


• Perform risk assessments on new clients in line with internal KYC/AML standards


• Review corporate structures, UBO information, and regulatory classifications


• Ensure proper documentation, digitalisation, classification, and traceability of all onboarding files


• Maintain and update internal systems, client profiles, and risk scoring tools


• Manage pending requests and ensure timely resolution of onboarding queries


• Apply internal procedures rigorously and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements


• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Front Office, and Operations teams


• Contribute to the smooth functioning of the team through structured organisation and strong communication

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related field


• 3 to 10 years of experience in KYC, onboarding, compliance, or client due?diligence within banking or financial services


• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail


• Comfortable with documentation handling and regulatory processes


• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders


• Strong command of MS Office and digital onboarding tools


• Fluent English is mandatory; French or German is an asset
