Manpower Permanent Placement is looking for a confidential international banking client, an Operations Officer – Securities & Cash (M/F/X).
Location: Kirchberg
Fixed term contract – 6 months - maternity leave
60 k€/ Year

As an Operations Officer – Securities & Cash, you will join the operations team supporting securities and cash activities. You will contribute to the smooth execution of daily processes and ensure high-quality service to institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior team members in handling client requests and operational processes
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
Execute assigned operational controls with accuracy and attention to detail
Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes
Book client instructions in the core system (cash & securities)
Respond to client queries in a timely manner
Support corporate actions processing
Assist in cash and securities reconciliation activities
Your Profile
University degree in Finance, Business, Science, or related field
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of the investment funds industry
Knowledge of relevant regulations (UCITS V, AIFMD, MiFID II, CRS, FATCA, AML/CFT)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of SWIFT Alliance is an advantage
Fluent English required; French and a third language (Italian or Spanish) are a plus
