Risk Officer (Operational / Credit / Market) (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational, credit, or market risks


• Review risk incidents, controls, and mitigation actions


• Analyse exposures, limits, and risk metrics in line with internal frameworks


• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and documentation for management and regulatory bodies


• Maintain risk registers, digitalise and classify risk documentation


• Update internal systems, risk tools, and monitoring frameworks


• Ensure timely follow?up on pending risk items and remediation actions


• Apply internal risk?management procedures rigorously


• Collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Front Office teams


• Contribute to the team’s effectiveness through structured organisation and strong analytical support

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field


• 3 to 10 years of experience in operational, credit, or market risk within banking or financial institutions


• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative risk data


• Rigorous, organised, and comfortable with complex documentation


• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across departments


• Strong command of MS Office and risk?management tools


• Fluent English is mandatory; French or German is an asset
