Securities Settlement Officer (M/F/X)

Your missions:

• Process and monitor settlement of securities transactions (equities, bonds, funds, derivatives)


• Ensure timely and accurate settlement in coordination with custodians and counterparties


• Digitalise, classify, and maintain documentation related to settlement activities


• Update internal systems, positions, and settlement instructions


• Investigate and resolve settlement fails, breaks, and discrepancies


• Apply internal procedures rigorously and ensure compliance with market standards


• Collaborate closely with Custody, Middle Office, Brokers, and Operations teams


• Contribute to the team’s efficiency through structured organisation and proactive communication

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field


• 3 to 10 years of experience in securities settlement or custody operations


• Strong understanding of settlement cycles, market practices, and corporate events


• Rigorous, organised, and comfortable with complex documentation


• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork dynamics


• Strong command of MS Office and settlement systems


• Fluent English is mandatory; French or German is an advantage
