Sustainable Finance Officer (F/M/X)

Your missions:

• Support the rollout of climate-related financial products and contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing their impact and deployment


• Participate in the design and development of new financial instruments focused on climate and sustainability objectives


• Assist in the implementation of climate and sustainability strategies across the organization and its various business lines


• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective integration and follow-up of sustainable finance principles and policies


• Conduct sector analyses on topics such as cleantech, climate adaptation, critical raw materials, and the circular economy


• Provide guidance to internal teams on eligibility criteria, internal policies, and the application of EU sustainable finance regulations


• Contribute to the harmonization of climate-related frameworks and eligibility criteria across financial products


• Monitor developments in sustainable finance regulation and engage with relevant regulatory and institutional stakeholders


• Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, industry experts, and key market participants


• Prepare analytical reports, briefings, and executive summaries to support decision-making processes

Your profile:

• 3 to 6 years of recent experience in sustainable finance, climate policy, green finance product development, or a related field


• Strong knowledge of the EU Sustainable Finance Framework


• Experience in structuring, designing, or assessing green and sustainable financial products


• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical operational guidance and internal recommendations


• Good understanding of financial products and financial markets


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise outputs


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
