Manpower is seeking a Transfer Agent for one of its clients in the fund administration sector, located in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.
Your missions:
- Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches
- Verify completeness and compliance of investor instructions
- Digitalise, classify, and maintain TA documentation
- Update internal systems and ensure accuracy of investor data
- Manage pending items and ensure timely processing within defined deadlines
- Apply internal procedures rigorously and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with Custody, Fund Accounting, Compliance, and Investor Services teams
- Contribute to the team’s efficiency through structured organisation and strong communication
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 to 10 years of experience in TA or fund operations
- Strong understanding of investor flows and documentation requirements
- Rigorous, organised, and attentive to details
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Strong command of MS Office and TA systems
- Fluent English is mandatory; French or German is an advantage
