Digital & Area Sales Manager
Fixed-term contract – 9 months (Maternity Leave Cover)
About MD Skin Solutions
MD Skin Solutions is an international dermo-cosmetic company developing and commercialising innovative, high-value brands. As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Digital & Area Sales Manager to support the digital growth of the meso’me brand and the international sales development of the entire product portfolio.
Your role
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will play a key role at the intersection of digital sales and international business development.
Sales strategy & execution
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies for the meso’me brand and international sales strategies for all MD Skin Solutions brands.
- Drive sales targets and monitor performance against objectives.
- Forecast sales volumes and analyse the effectiveness of commercial actions.
E-commerce management (meso’me)
- Oversee and optimise the performance of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Monitor KPIs and website analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, IT and Logistics teams (campaigns, updates, stock and order management).
International market development (all brands)
- Identify and assess new high-potential international markets.
- Develop market entry strategies and manage distributor and reseller partnerships.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and events.
Client & distributor relationship management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists and key accounts.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with overall sales strategy.
- Support commercial negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Reporting & cross-functional collaboration
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, QA/RA, Logistics and IT teams to ensure operational excellence.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital sales, e-commerce and international business development.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Good understanding of international trade and regulated environments.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, autonomous and results-driven mindset.

French and any additional language are an asset.
