We are currently recruiting for one of our clients a:

Brokerage Desk Officer M/F

OUR CLIENT
Our client is a well-established, fully regulated brokerage firm offering a broad range of trading services, including futures, CFDs, forex, stocks, and options. With operations across more than 28 countries, they support both retail and institutional clients from their offices in Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented individual to join their Brokerage Desk team.


YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Brokerage Desk Associate, you will be a key point of contact for clients, supporting both day-to-day trading operations and sales activities. Your mission: to deliver exceptional client service, help identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the smooth execution of brokerage operations.

  • Deliver high-quality, responsive service to both retail and institutional clients
  • Support the sales team by identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of trades
  • Stay current on financial markets, trading products, and industry developments
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Requirements

The profile we are looking for:
  • Proven experience in client service and/or sales support roles
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); French and/or Dutch are strong assets
  • Passionate about financial markets and investment products
  • Business-minded, proactive, and focused on delivering solutions
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and general digital workflows
