Our client is a prominent international financial institution. To support their strategic funding initiatives, we are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive :
Administrative Assistant (M/F/D)
You will work in close cooperation with a team of professionals and other administrative/operational assistants.
Accountabilities :
- Provide administrative support and closely cooperate with assistants and lawyers in the Division at all stages of project cycle;
- Perform legal documents quality control (detailed proofreading and formatting)
- Printing and processing signatures, follow-up with other EIB operational directorates and counterparts a;
- Preparation of execution versions of legal documents (such as finance contracts, guarantee agreements and contractual modifications);
- Notification of executed legal documents;
- Document filing and archiving.
Qualifications :
- Secondary level education, completed with a 2-year certification in a relevant field or secondary level education with equally qualified experience in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience (i.e. in similar or related tasks); experience acquired as secretary/administrative or legal assistant in a law firm, corporate legal function or any other legal environment, will be considered an advantage
- Very good knowledge of the standard IT & office tools (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Acrobat, common office hardware (e.g. printing and scanning equipment); familiarity with Electronic Documents Management tools, electronic archiving, and reporting tools is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of English, French, knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage.
