Personal Assistant to the CMO (M/F/D)
The Opportunity: We are looking for a sharp, reliable Personal Assistant to act as the "right hand" to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for one of our key clients in Esch-sur-Alzette.
This is a temporary mission with a strong potential to transition into a permanent (CDI) contract.
Your role :
- Calendar Mastery: You’ll manage complex, shifting schedules where precision is non-negotiable.
- Operational Flow: You’ll handle global logistics, administrative organization, and PO (Purchase Order) management.
- Problem Solving: You aren't just following a to-do list; you are anticipating needs and streamlining workflows before a bottleneck even happens.
What we are looking for:
- Languages: You are fluent in English (B2 minimum). If you also speak French or German, that is a massive asset.
- Maturity: You can handle high-pressure moments without losing your focus or your sense of organization.
- Proactivity: You are always two steps ahead. You don't wait for a solution to be handed to you—you find it.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in the accuracy of your work, from a simple email to a complex report.
We are looking for a very specific fit for this CMO's right hand. If your experience doesn't align with the requirements mentioned, your application will not be taken into further consideration.
