🎯 Your mission

As a Junior Product Engineer, you will support the development and introduction of new products while working closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity to build technical expertise and progressively take ownership of product development activities.

Product Development & Project Coordination

• Support the development and introduction of new products from concept through industrialization and market launch

• Follow project milestones, action plans and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule

• Coordinate prototype activities, production readiness and technical requirements with internal teams

• Support product validation, testing, certification and approval activities with internal departments and external partners

• Participate in project meetings and prepare action lists, progress reports and project updates

Technical Documentation & Product Data

• Review product specifications, technical documentation, drawings, prototypes and samples together with technical teams

• Maintain and update product documentation, including specifications, certifications, test results and development records

• Create and maintain product references and technical information within SAP and internal systems

• Support the preparation of technical documentation, catalogues, presentations and training materials

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Product Management, Marketing and Sales throughout product development

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support successful product launches

• Support product lifecycle activities, including product improvements, technical updates and product discontinuation

Product Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Perform competitor and product benchmarking to evaluate specifications, positioning and market trends

• Contribute to continuous product improvement and the successful introduction of innovative solutions

• Develop your technical knowledge while progressively taking on greater project responsibilities

🧠 Your profile

Education & Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field

• Entry level profile with an internship, apprenticeship or first experience in product development, engineering, manufacturing or an industrial environment

• Strong interest inindustrial products and product development

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, testing, supplier management or industrial engineering

• Ability to understand technical specifications, engineering documentation and product requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365

• Knowledge of SAPis an advantage

• Fluent English is mandatory

• French and/or German are considered strong assets
