Are you a passionate finder of key talent? Does hiring make your heart flutter? We are looking for a killer Talent Acquisition Manager to support us in the next stage of our amazing journey! Currently we’re made up of 90+ amazing people from all over the world, located in Luxembourg, London, Paris and Ottawa. In the next two years, we aim to double our headcount, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager that embraces our culture and our dreams, in order to help us attract top talent and scale our company like nothing else seen before.


Scope of work:


  • Find and recruit top talents to staff our teams of Engineers in Luxembourg, London, Paris and Ottawa (and wherever the adventure will lead us!).
  • Manage the full recruitment process: you work closely with the Hiring Managers and all different stakeholders to define the scope of work, identify the right sourcing strategy, screen and short-list candidates, feedback hiring managers and make sure that the hiring process runs as smoothly as possible for all parties involved.
  • Ensure an amazing candidate experience, showing them what it means to be Tada (fun all the way!). Continuously improve our recruiting process and strategy.
  • Manage and update sourcing strategy and channels, including your external network, job boards and referrals to attract high quality candidates.
  • Understand the big picture and collaborate with hiring managers and the leadership team to understand hiring needs and goals.
  • Lead Campus and University initiatives and connect with our Marketing team to organize recruitment events when appropriate.


Profile:


  • 10+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably in-house
  • Thorough sourcing and recruiting skills, and the capacity to build an internal and external network Experience working with job board and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow and any other relevant tools depending on target
  • You are comfortable with changing priorities and dealing with ambiguity (yes, we’re human!)
  • Not afraid to reach out to candidates and be the voice of Tada :)
  • Experience in high-growth companies in the tech sector
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • While you can work independently, you enjoy working and collaborating in a larger team
  • A drive to close open positions and a pride to have found and hired the best talent!
