Your role
We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to establish and lead the Enterprise Architecture (EA) function. In this strategic role, you will report directly to the CIO. You will define the target IT landscape and ensure coherence, interoperability, and compliance across faculties and administrative services. Key Responsabilities:
- Design the target application architecture, ensuring IT solutions are fully aligned with strategic objectives
- Develop and maintain the capability map capabilities to applications to meet business needs, simplify processes, and reduce maintenance effort
- Establish and enforce enterprise architecture standards, principles, and best practices
- Guide modernization and digital transformation, advising on migration paths and the adoption of AI and other emerging technologies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements: GDPR, NIS2, data classification, continuity
- Lead the Architecture Review Board : run architecture reviews, arbitrate make-or-buy decisions, and ensure alignment with roadmaps
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure consistency and integration of solutions across the organization
- Create and maintain the application portfolio and enterprise architecture repositories with tools such as ARIS and ServiceNow
Your profile
- Master degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7-10 years experience in enterprise/solution architecture, integration, or software design, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives; including 3+ years in an Architect role
- Fluency in French and English is essential
- Strong enterprise architecture modeling skills and practice with tools like ARIS
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is an asset
- Demonstrated assertiveness and leadership skills, with the ability to federate diverse teams, aligning them toward common goals and driving collaboration across functions
- Mindset: pragmatic, fast learner, simplicity-driven; transparent communicator who fosters information sharing
- Way of working: hands-on, ownership and accountability, adaptable to change, results oriented
- Collaboration: proven ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive cross-team outcomes
