At our site in Rodange (Luxembourg), a multi-national team of more than 50 employees is passionately committed to the development of the innovative C⋅A⋅T (Computer-Aided Theatre) control system and its installation in the world's major venues. In order to strengthen and further expand our administrative department, we are looking for one HR and payroll officer in full-time or part-time, depending on your level and range of expertise.



As HR & Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for various tasks in the areas of personnel administration and payroll accounting, including 

Payroll accounting:

  • Preparation of national payroll accounting through an external service provider
  • Carrying out foreign payroll accounting for employees in Germany, Belgium and France

Social security and tax registration

  • Processing of postings and notifications to social security organisations (A1, GME1A etc.)
  • Tax registration of employees in the target countries of our global projects, if necessary in cooperation with local tax offices and service providers
  • Supporting employees in applying for visas for our target countries  
  • Liaising between the company and external service providers and contractors

Human resources administration

  • Maintenance of the staff database
  • Administration and maintenance of employment contracts 
  • Coordinating appointments with employees
  • Contact person for frequently asked employee questions about standard guidelines and HR processes
  • Preparation of employee work references


  • Maintenance of the applicant database
  • Coordinating appointments with applicants and specialist departments
  • Answering frequently asked applicant questions about standard policies, benefits and the recruitment process; forwarding more complex issues to HR Business Partner, management or senior level

You may also support our managers and the HR Business Partner in implementing and documenting projects in the areas of employer branding, HR administration, social security and payroll, etc., to improve the quality and efficiency of our HR activities and to raise our profile as a modern and family-friendly international employer.



  • Commercial training or Bachelor's degree in business and management, preferably with an HR related focus
  • Previous work experience in payroll accounting for both Luxembourg and the surrounding EU member states
  • Previous work experience in international staff assignment
  • Up-to-date and solid knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and wage tax laws and regulations
  • Structured, independent, and autonomous working style
  • Willingness to acquire new knowledge
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • SAP knowledge desirable
  • Proactive and independent way of working and hands-on mentality
  • Distinct social competence and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German, English, and French
  • Good documentation and reporting skills



We offer a permanent position in full-time or part-time (from approx. 30 hours per week) with an attractive gross salary according to your education and professional experience, as well as the advantages of an international company with headquarters in Vienna and locations in Europe and Asia.
