For our department Line Maintenance Aircraft Technicians within HANGAR, we are looking for a (an):
GSE Coordinator (m/f/x)
Main duties:
- Clear identification: Establish and maintain clear markings, identification for GSE/tools and 5S floor markings.
- Inventory management and regular checks: Establish and maintain the inventory of GSE/tools in the AMOS system, coordinate the replacement of lost tools, and perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual inventory checks to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Condition assessment: Assess GSE/tools for their condition and make Beyond Economic Repair (BER) decisions
- Preventive maintenance program: Set up a preventive maintenance program for GSE/tools according to manufacturers and national legal requirements.
Inspection supervision: Supervise inspection and calibration intervals for GSE. - Collaboration: Liaise with other Services within Technics, other Departments and external suppliers to ensure effective follow-up on repairs and other matters related to GSE/tools
- Improvements and purchases: Propose improvements according to industry standards (GSE expo, etc) and suggest the purchase of new equipment, including obtaining quotations. Provide inputs Budget related investments
Required profile:
- Be holder of a general secondary school diploma (BAC)
- Have an understanding of cost efficiency and perform simple cost-benefit analysis
- Positive attitude and solutions oriented
- Ability to deliver high quality work and make proper use of resources
- Be familiar with standard MS office applications
- Demonstrate a good knowledge of GSE and maintenance procedures
- Accept Duty Travel if required
- Show good communication skills in English (minimum Level B2 - spoken and written)
- Driving licence Cat B

- Have a proven experience in a similar function
- Be rigorous and self-motivated
- Show good organizational skills
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company
- Be capable to work independently as well as in a team
- Good understanding of cost management and investment planning for GSE
- Show user skills in AMOS and other software tools used within Technics
- Attend and successfully pass all job-related trainings
The ideal candidate
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish, French and/or German can be an advantage
