Your next challenge
- Scanning the regulatory landscape to identify threats and opportunities for our clients.
- Evaluating the relevance of regulatory publications to our clients' specific needs.
- Advising clients on the impacts of regulatory changes on their operating models and identify potential gaps.
- Assisting clients in developing new business strategies based on market practices and future requirements.
- Translating directives and regulations into practical business requirements and solutions.
- Supporting regulatory Subject Matter Experts on Regulatory Strategy assignments.
- Contributing to internal projects aimed at modernising processes, with a focus on using digital tools.
Your skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, International Business or equivalent.
- Is passionate about regulatory matters for the financial industry (banks, investment management, insurance)
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in regulatory related position. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Consultant.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical capabilities and a pragmatic mind-set
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to various environments.
- Have excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Any existing knowledge of regulatory topics such as AI Act, Cyber security, Digital Assets, MiFID, PRIIPs, CRD, DORA, MAD, AIFMD, UCITS or EMIR is a “nice to have”
- Be fluent in English. Fluency in French and/or German is an asset
