What you will be working on
- As part of our Operational Excellence team, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, change management, and operational excellence within KPMG. Your work will include:
- Supporting the deployment of strategic programs such as Elevate, leveraging Lean Six Sigma, project management, and growth mindset principles.
- Utilizing data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI) to extract insights and present data in impactful ways.
- Engaging with key stakeholders, including partners, to challenge ideas and drive meaningful internal change.
- Contributing to the optimization of internal processes and improving operational efficiency across KPMG.
- Adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment where continuous learning and innovation are at the core.
