Documentation Specialist

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical documentation of raw materials for food supplements for the FitLine product range.
• Review and verify specifications for ingredients, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Digital documentation and data management on various platforms incl. PLM software.
• Establishment and maintenance of internal reporting standards and processes for technical documentation.
• Internal communication with other departments, e.g. Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, and Quality Assurance.
• External communication with suppliers and contract manufacturers.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS: 

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutritional Science, Food Chemistry, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in technical documentation or technical field – ideally with experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Knowledge of food supplement ingredients, functional foods, or nutraceuticals.
• Self-motivated team player with hands-on mentality.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented work style.
• Effective communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of German and any additional languages will be considered an asset.
