Social Media Manager

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the development and execution of a social media strategy
• Lead and mentor your team of social media and content creation professionals
• Guide country teams to align with global goals and compliance while staying relevant to local audiences
• Leverage trends, ambassadors, and platform opportunities to boost reach and virality
• Manage content planning, publishing, paid campaigns, and community engagement
• Present key results, insights, and strategic updates in meetings with the CEO and Management Board
• Join company events and travel incentives to maximize social media impact

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree either in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar
• 5–7 years of experience in working with Social Media, ideally within a creative or digital agency, or a global consumer brand 
• In-depth understanding of Social Media channels and algorithms e.g. Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Linked In
• Track record in growing large-scale social audiences and creating viral content
• Great analytical knowledge and hands-on experience with social media analytics and management tools ((e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Asana)
• Strong understanding of content strategy, community management, and paid social advertising
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Other languages are considered as an advantage
• Management experience is a plus
• Open to Business Travels upon agreement
