We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our European Marketing team and help elevate our brand across digital platforms!

 

WHAT IS THE ROLE?


  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics. Use data insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, fostering an engaged online community
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with influencers that align with our brand values to amplify campaigns and reach new audiences
  • Trend Analysis: Stay on top of emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and competitive
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, local subsidiaries, and influencers to ensure aligned messaging and seamless campaign execution in a multicultural setting
  • Campaign Development & Implementation: Plan, create, and execute impactful social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and copy tailored for each platform

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?



  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role for at least 2 years
  • Expertise in managing platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Experience in influencer outreach and managing influencer relationships
  • Strong English copywriting and editing skills, additional language skills are a plus
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly in an international, cross-cultural environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply it to strategy
  • Creativity and passion for storytelling, branding, and digital innovation
