We are looking for a Legal Consultant for one of our client based in Luxembourg.
- Freelance contract or permanent contrat via a payrolling company
- Job based in Luxembourg
- English fluent is mandatory

What you'll do : As a Legal Consultant, you'll lead initiatives with a strong contractual dimension, acting as a bridge between legal, operational, and investment teams.
Your main mission will be to negotiate investment management agreement.
Your responsabilities will include :
- Managing and coordinating projects with a heavy focus on investment agreements and fund structures.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key contractual clauses (liabilities, fee structures, termination, reporting obligations, etc.).
- Identifying and mitigating contractual legal risks across a wide range of investment products (equities, fixed income, alternatives).
- Ensuring compliance with AIFMD, UCITS, and MiFID II regulations.
- Comparing agreements against templates and providing clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to ensure alignment and clarity.
Your profile :
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in asset management.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and analysis.
- Ability to manage high volumes of contracts with precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent communications skills and a collaborative mindset.
