Within a dynamic team, you report to the Manager Legal, Legal Product and Company Secretary.

Your main activities :

  • You provide legal and tax support to the various services on the Italian market within the framework of the life insurance activity of the Company under the Freedom to Provide Services. You will be the reference contact on the Italian market for all legal, regulatory and tax matters and accessorily on other South European markets (e.g. Portugal, Spain). You ensure that product tax and related reporting obligations on these markets are implemented by the company in a timely manner.
  • You contribute to the development of the Italian market by accompanying and supporting the Italian Sales team, with presentations on the Italian product offer, on legislative and tax developments and training/webinars, internally and externally (to partners) on topics within the field of competence of Legal and Product.
  • You participate in the development and updating of multi-support products in the core markets (mainly in Italy, incidentally in other markets, as required) and standard legal documents of the Company.
  • You ensure the legal watch mainly on the Italian market and, as necessary, on the other core markets of Allianz.
  • You disseminate relevant information to the various departments of the Company and coordinate the implementation of legislative changes in the area of your competence.
  • You participate in the Company‘s transversal projects, as business owner or stakeholder, such as digitalization, outsourcing, ESG initiatives, regulatory projects, etc.
  • You negotiate, establish and maintain the agreements binding the Company in its development.
  • You are the point of contact for lawyers, supervisory authorities and tax representatives and participate in the working groups of the Allianz Group or at ACA level in the area of your competence.
  • You deal with Company‘s corporate affairs, claims and litigations

Your profile

  • Law degree (BAC + 4/5)
  • At least 3 years‘ experience in the field of life insurance, any experience in digitalization or data protection is an asset.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills, you are proactive, and you are a team player

  • You are proficient in Italian, English and French. A good knowledge of other languages (German, Spanish, or Portuguese) is a serious asset
