DevOps Engineer Specialist - Pega Expert
We are seeking an exceptional DevOps Engineer Specialist with a strong background in Pega platform to join our client's team. As a Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA) PEGA certified professional, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient solutions using Pega technology.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Lead the design and development of Pega-based applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, guardrails compliance, reusability, and modular design
- Utilize your expertise in case management, decisioning, integrations (REST/SOAP), UI/UX, event-driven architecture, API Gateway, and Kafka (or other real-time data streaming platforms) to deliver innovative solutions
- Work with Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) and Pega Deployment Manager (PDM) to ensure optimal performance and deployment of applications
- Implement DevOps tools (CI/CD, quality, and security checks) to streamline development and deployment processes
- Communicate complex technical information effectively to various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Pega platform
- Lead System Architect (LSA) or Senior System Architect (SSA) PEGA certified
- Hands-on experience with Pega versions (from 8.8)
- Experience with case management, decisioning, integrations (REST/SOAP), UI/UX, event-driven architecture, API Gateway, and Kafka (or other real-time data streaming platforms)
- Knowledge of Pega Best Practices: guardrails compliance, reusability, modular design, performance tuning
- Ability to work with business and IT stakeholders to achieve target outcomes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Pega CLM KYC module
- Familiarity with other real-time data streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka, Amazon Kinesis)
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
