Human Resources and Health & Safety TRAINEE (M/F/O)

Main responsibilities (nonexhaustive list) :
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
- Help review, update and structure existing internal policies and documentation
- Contribute to internal HR and H&S communication material (e.g. training support, safety info, HR templates)
- Help coordinate H&S trainings and awareness campaigns
- Participate in the preparation for the upcoming ISO 45001 surveillance audit (e.g. document follow-up, templates, registers).
- Assist in cleaning and organizing internal HR and H&S SharePoint
- Help track compliance-related deadlines and support reporting tasks
Profile (skills, experience, diploma and/or professional qualifications…):
- Currently studying or recently graduated with at least a 2-year degree (Bac+2) in Human Resources, Health & Safety, Administration, or a related field.
- A first experience or academic background in HR and/or Occupational Health & Safety is a plus — but a strong interest in these fields is also welcome.
- Organized, reliable and willing to learn in a supportive environment
- Good command of English (working language); French is an asset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to meaningful internal projects
