What it’s like to be a Junior Auditor at KPMG
From day one, you’ll be hands-on:
✅ Turn what you’ve learned in class into real-world accounting and financial standards (IFRS, GAAP).
✅ Work with international clients – in-person or online.
✅ Understand diverse business operations and give valuable insights.
✅ Review financial statements and ensure accuracy to build stakeholders confidence
✅ Dive into audits by assessing operations, risks, and controls, auditing financial statements, and delivering tailored recommendations and reports.
✅ Join innovative projects that level up our tools and processes.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for ambitious, curious, and motivated people ready to crush it. If this sounds like you:
- Start date: October 2026 or January 2027
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Audit, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or IT (bonus points if you’re into leveling up with pro qualifications – like IRE)
- Languages: Fluent in English + ideally French, German or Luxembourgish
- Skills: Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, problem-solving, people skills
