Main responsibilities (non-exhaustive list):

For this specific position, we are looking for an analytical, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual, who is eager to learn how to tackle any number-related project that comes into her or his hands. Reinsurance Controlling & Investments department and its analysts are involved in different activities, including but not limited to:

• Performing data analysis and quality checks for various countries utilizing external and internal systems
• Conducting technical analyses in aim to have an insight into the profitability of our business on aggregated level as well as different segmentations
• Supporting the team members and other technical teams with various analyses on data and information gathering regarding our network partners
• Identifying areas of improvement in terms of efficiency of the processes and developing solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the existing procedures

Under the close supervision of the internship tutor, the intern will participate to the following tasks and processes:

• Ensures the Governance and Management of the reinsurance data flows from Redion Network Partners;
• Monitors the development and performance of Redion portfolio, by analysing profitability and trends and periodically assessing KPIs;
• Support the team members with other reinsurance data ingestion activities.

Profile (skills, experience, diploma and/or professional qualifications…):

Skills & Competences

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in insurance, Mathematics or other numerate qualification
• Previous experience of data analysis would be considered a strong asset
• Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point…)
• Dynamic, proactive, able to work with strict deadlines
• Resilient with strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
• Strong communicator (oral and written) thanks to good emotional/relational intelligence
• Fluent in English, any other language would be considered an asset
