Junior Procurement & Vendor Management Officer

As a Junior Procurement & Vendor Management Officer, you will support the ongoing development of our procurement and outsourcing framework, contributing to a more structured and centralised approach.
You will be involved in key activities such as purchase orders, contract management and supplier oversight, while also gaining exposure to regulatory topics, including ICT third-party risk and DORA.
Working closely with teams such as Legal, Information Security and Data Protection, you will build a strong understanding of how procurement, outsourcing and compliance come together in practice.

ABOUT THE JOB | Your responsibilities
- Support the procurement process end-to-end, from purchase orders to payment follow-up
- Assist with contract management, including maintaining documentation and supporting drafting activities based on established templates
- Contribute to vendor management and outsourcing activities (e.g. due diligence, risk assessments, regulatory documentation)
- Act as a key point of contact for colleagues on procurement tools and processes
- Take part in cross-functional initiatives related to procurement and third-party risk
- Support supplier monitoring and ensure proper follow-up in line with internal processes
ABOUT YOU | Your background, skills and personality
- Bachelor’s degree in law, economics or a related field, or initial experience (e.g. internships in procurement, vendor management, legal or administrative roles)
- Fluency in English is required; French and/or German is considered an advantage
- Interest in administrative and process-driven work: Enjoy working in a structured environment, with a strong focus on accuracy, organisation, and following established processes
- Interest in regulatory topics: Curious about regulatory frameworks and motivated to understand how they apply in practice
- Service-oriented mindset: Approachable and willing to support colleagues, guide them through processes, and provide clear and helpful assistance
