- Ensure full compliance with current social legislation and internal quality standards.
- Supervise, guide, and develop a team of junior payroll officers.

- BTS or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll calculation.
- Experience in a fiduciary environment is a strong asset.
- Excellent command of MS Office and advanced digital tools.
- Interest in AI‑driven solutions and modern payroll technologies.
- Fluency in French and English required.
- Any additional language is considered an advantage.
- Strong team spirit and communication abilities.
