Our services complement Arendt’s legal expertise and regulatory & consulting services. We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.
The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).
Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:
Senior Manager-Corporate Services
Your role:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants from Junior to Manager level.
- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, recruitment, and capacity needs.
- Oversee reporting deadlines and ensure efficient workload planning and delivery.
- Monitor performance appraisals, target setting, and career development of team members.
- Promote a positive, solution-oriented culture and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships, respond proactively to client needs, and support business development initiatives.
- Act as Manager and/or Director of client entities, participate in board meetings, and oversee governance-related matters.
- Supervise financial and operational performance, including risk management, profitability, invoicing, cash collection, client deliverables, and internal accounting training.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting. A professional certification (OEC, ACCA, CPA) is considered an advantage
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within a trust company, corporate services provider, or fiduciary in Luxembourg.
- Fluent in English; French is considered a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg accounting/company laws and regulations.
- Proactive, client-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
