Responsibilities & Client Exposure
- You will act as the primary point of contact for corporate and administrative matters concerning Luxembourg companies and investment vehicles. This direct exposure allows you to build trusted, long-term relationships with international clients while sharpening your commercial mindset and business development skills.
- You will steer day-to-day corporate life, from preparing board meetings and resolutions to organizing complex restructuring, incorporations, mergers, and liquidations. Profile Checked
- Around 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position within a Luxembourg fiduciary, trust, or corporate services environment.
- Strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law, fiduciary regulations, and corporate secretarial practices.
- Fluency in Italian and English is highly appreciated, combined with a strong command of Italian to effectively support a dedicated portfolio of Italian-speaking clients.
- An organized, solution-oriented approach with an interest in process management, enabling you to prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team spirit and communication skills, backed by a proactive attitude and a desire to learn continuously.
