Responsibilities & Missions

• Lead the review, negotiation, and contract drafting for complex commercial agreements, client partnerships, and service contracts. This hands-on responsibility expands your cross-border transactions expertise, establishing you as a versatile corporate legal professional.
• Provide pragmatic advice and regulatory guidance on employment law, workforce compliance, and operational governance across business units. Serving as a trusted legal advisor strengthens your internal client exposure and elevates your professional standing across the organization.
• Oversee the end-to-end contract management lifecycle while maintaining compliant governance frameworks and operational templates. Developing this high-level operational oversight sharpens your strategic management skills and prepares you for higher-level leadership roles.
• Identify, assess, and manage operational risks while delivering engaging compliance training to sales and business development teams. This proactive role builds your reputation as a go-to specialist and positions you as a key driver of business strategy and organizational excellence.

Profile & Qualifications

• Possess a legal degree or equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by 1 to 3 years of practical experience gained in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong command of French alongside professional proficiency in English, enabling smooth communication across international teams.
• Active interest or background in commercial contract drafting, employment law, or contingent workforce frameworks.
• A commercial mindset with excellent analytical abilities and a practical, solution-oriented approach to legal challenges.
• High autonomy combined with effective communication skills, making it easy for you to build rapport with key stakeholders.
