Key Responsibilities & Impact

• You drive the end-to-end monitoring and analysis of the bank's core financial risk portfolio-including credit, market, liquidity, and capital adequacy metrics. This comprehensive oversight gives you a holistic view of banking and finance operations across the organization, accelerating your path toward becoming a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership.
• You spearhead key regulatory assessments, including ICAAP, ILAAP, LCR, NSFR, IRRBB, and stress-testing frameworks. Navigating these high-impact processes sharpens your technical expertise in complex banking environments, solidifying your reputation as a high-value compliance and risk specialist on the market.
• You deliver independent challenge and risk oversight on new financial products, portfolio concentrations, and strategic market opportunities. This direct involvement allows you to influence high-level decision-making and play a pivotal role in protecting the institution's balance sheet and cross border transactions.
• You contribute to the enhancement of risk policies and methodologies while interfacing with governance committees and supervisory bodies. This high visibility expands your professional network and establishes your credibility at the executive level.

Profile & Expertise

• Solid experience in risk management within the banking or financial services sector, ideally around 5 years or more.
• Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks, including CRR/CRD, the Basel framework, compliance standards, ICAAP, and ILAAP.
• Practical background in credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, or capital adequacy analysis.
• Proficiency in quantitative modeling or advanced Excel, with an opportunity to leverage Power BI, SQL, or specialized risk tools to expand your analytical toolkit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to articulate complex risk metrics clearly to key stakeholders.

The Offer
