Our client is a large and internationally recognised company in the Wealth Management industry, with an established presence across multiple international markets. The group offers the stability, reputation and resources of a major financial organisation, while its Luxembourg operations remain human-sized enough for employees to have a genuine impact.

Rather than being limited to a narrow HR function within a very large local department, you will work closely with employees and management and have the opportunity to progressively take ownership of broader HR responsibilities.

The company is currently looking for a Senior HR Officer to strengthen its Luxembourg HR function.

Your responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of HR administration and employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding to offboarding;
• Act as a key point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR matters;
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and employee development activities;
• Support payroll-related administration and ensure the accuracy of HR information and documentation;
• Contribute to HR reporting, internal projects and process improvement;
• Gradually take on additional responsibilities and ownership as you develop within the organisation.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience as an HR Officer, Senior HR Officer, HR Generalist or in a similar position in Luxembourg;
• You have a good understanding of Luxembourg labour and social legislation;
• You are fluent in English and French;
• Portuguese and Spanish are considered strong assets;
• You are comfortable with Excel and HR systems;
• You are organised, reliable and able to work autonomously;
• You have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and naturally look for opportunities to improve existing practices.
