Key Responsibilities & Impact

• Strategic Legal Advisory & Risk Mitigation: You will act as a key legal advisor to executive management and cross-functional teams on high-stakes commercial transactions, corporate projects, and strategic partnerships. By directly steering risk-mitigation strategies, you position yourself as a trusted business partner driving sound, high-impact commercial decisions across international operations.
• Contract Drafting, Structuring & Negotiation: You lead the drafting, negotiation, and harmonization of complex commercial agreements, supplier contracts, and cross-border service structures. This deep hands-on contract ownership broadens your international legal exposure while establishing your reputation as a top-tier corporate law practitioner.
• Litigation Strategy & External Counsel Management: You define litigation strategies and coordinate directly with external law firms, experts, and insurers across multiple jurisdictions. Managing critical disputes end-to-end enhances your legal leadership and sharpens your dispute-resolution expertise in complex regulatory landscapes.
• Process Optimization & Scale-Up Structuring: You design, formalize, and deploy modern legal frameworks, tools, and best practice workflows tailored to a fast-growing structure. Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Business Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, or equivalent legal qualification.
• Around 5 to 7 years of solid experience in a similar legal role within a corporate environment, law firm, or scale-up structure.
• Proven background in drafting, negotiating commercial contracts, and delivering strategic legal advice to business stakeholders.
• Strong corporate law mindset combined with practical exposure to contract drafting, negotiation, and cross-border transactions.
• High autonomy, outstanding communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong language skills in French and English to effectively handle international matters and client exposure.
• Excellent learning agility with clear perspective and ambition for continuous personal and professional development.
