Our client is a leading international law firm with a strong reputation in the Luxembourg market. Advising multinational corporations, private equity houses, investment funds, and financial institutions, the firm is recognised for its technical excellence and collaborative culture.
To support the continued growth of its Corporate practice, our client is seeking a talented Corporate Lawyer who is eager to work on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions.
Your Role
As part of a dynamic Corporate team, you will advise clients throughout the entire corporate lifecycle, from company incorporations and restructurings to mergers and acquisitions and governance matters.
Working alongside experienced Partners and Senior Associates, you will gain exposure to sophisticated transactions involving international clients across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Luxembourg corporate law and commercial matters.
- Assist with mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and reorganisations.
- Draft and review corporate documentation, including shareholders' agreements, board and shareholder resolutions, and transaction documents.
- Coordinate transaction closings and liaise with notaries, regulators, and other advisers.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Conduct legal due diligence and support cross-border transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with an international client base.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas and international offices.
Your Profile
- Qualified lawyer admitted to a European Bar.
- Between 2 and 6 years of experience in Corporate/M&A law gained within a recognised law firm.
- Solid knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law is an advantage.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English; French is highly desirable. Any additional language is considered an asset.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative international team.
