Are you an experienced HR leader looking for a strategic role where you can shape how an organisation attracts, develops and retains its talent?
Our client is a leading and well-established organisation in Luxembourg, offering a stable yet evolving environment where people development plays a central role in the company's long-term strategy.
To strengthen its HR department, the company is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition & Development. You will lead a dedicated team and work closely with senior management to drive the company's talent strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team across Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, translating business priorities into effective talent initiatives.
- Define and drive strategies covering Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, succession planning and performance management.
- Identify future competency needs and develop initiatives to address potential skills gaps.
- Design and implement learning and development programmes across the organisation.
- Develop initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, motivation and retention.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use HR data and analytics to measure the impact of talent initiatives and continuously improve existing programmes.
Your profile
- You have at least 10 years of HR experience, including several years in a leadership or management position.
- You are a strong people leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, structured and results-oriented approach.
- You have a strong understanding of the Luxembourg employment environment and relevant HR regulations.
- You are fluent in German and French. English or Luxembourgish is considered an advantage.
